Our story

A love story that became an app

I'm French, and I fell in love with a Russian woman.

We found a common language to talk, but I wanted more than that. I wanted to understand her world, her humor, her family. So I started learning Russian.

Then the complexity of declensions hit me. Six cases. Endless exceptions. Countless tables to memorize.

I wanted to read Dostoevsky, but I couldn't even order a coffee without offending a grammar rule.

I was ready to quit.

I couldn't find a tool that made the process feel natural — so I decided to build one myself. Quickly, I made so much progress that I knew it was worth sharing.
